1. Shipment Processing & Handling

All orders are subject to a Handling Time of 1–3 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, and heavy-duty packaging. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship our kits (approx. 35–45 lbs) via UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery to ensure professional handling.

  • Shipping Cost: $19.00 Flat Rate
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Legacy Kit Solutions ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Important: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size and weight of our kits. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

5. Order Cancellation

We work quickly to get your kits out the door. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@legacykitsolutions.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Accuracy is key for successful delivery.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for original shipping costs and reshipping fees.
  • Missing Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, notify us within 48 hours to start a carrier investigation.

7. Damages & Claims

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@legacykitsolutions.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials to assist with the claim process.
