1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all hardware components included, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@legacykitsolutions.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Because our kits are heavy (35–45 lbs), customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (UPS or FedEx).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@legacykitsolutions.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, Legacy Kit Solutions will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items. However, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
